The South Okanagan Real Estate Board (SOREB) reports that MLS® sales decreased by 19% to 220
units sold in April 2008 compared to 273 sold during the same period in 2007. Total active listings
numbering 2,230 for April increased by 32% from last April’s 1,683 active listings.

Total sales volume for the Board decreased by 24% at month-end,
$70,843,866 compared to April 2007 at $93,798,614.
